How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?

International orders normally arrive within 2-4 weeks of shipping. Please note that these orders need to pass through the customs office in your country before it will be released for final delivery, which can occasionally cause additional delays. Once an order leaves our warehouse, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We, unfortunately, can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. Contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.

HOW WILL I KNOW THAT MY ORDER IS PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email and whatsapp message with all the details, including your order ID. Once your order is shipped, you will get another message from our delivery partner to keep you updated. From there, just sit back, relax, and get ready to enjoy your awesome product(s)!

Orders within India are generally delivered within 7-8 business days in metro cities and 10-12 business days for other locations.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS UNDELIVERED?

if our courier partners have done multiple attempts and are unable to deliver the product. In this case, the order is returned to us and we will issue a refund in the form of a Gift Card or it will debited ih your account within 7 bussiness days.

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY FOR RETURNS OF ORDERS PLACED DURING A SALE?

If an order placed during sale is returned to us, only the amount paid by you will be refunded in your respective account , not the current product price.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY REFUND YET. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

IN CASE I RETURN THE PRODUCTS, WILL THE COD/SHIPPING/GIFTING CHARGES BE CREDITED BACK?

No. These are one time charges and are non-refundable.

I WANT TO PLACE AN ORDER BUT I DON’T WANT ANY PRICE TAG OR INVOICE ATTACHED AS IT IS A GIFT FOR SOMEONE. IS IT POSSIBLE?

Currently we dont intact tags in our products but invoices do include the product details for shipping details and for easy convinience So, It is not possible to detach the invoices. But, If you want to add a note to the gift, please email the note to us at knotsngifts@gmail.com and immediately call us on our number so that we can add it before the order is shipped. Please note that the character limit for the note is 250 characters.

DO YOU TAKE BULK ORDERS/ CUSTOMISE PRODUCTS?
